I have great pleasure in acknowledging the news of the 40th anniversary celebration of the STECI Kuwait parish. It is indeed an occasion of celebration. The Lord in His sovereign mercy and kindness called together the church there and nurtured it there for the last 40 plus years to be a polished shaft for Him.
 

The Parish, all these years served as a refreshing refuge to all who came in to contact with it. It was my particular privilege to be part of it. I have been greatly blessed while ministering there. May the Lord help you continue to render valuable service reflecting on the quality of consecration and commitment to Him and His gospel.
