On the auspicious occasion of the launching of the website of the Kuwait parish of the St. Thomas Evangelical Church of India, I rejoice with the members of the parish and extend a warm and hearty personal welcome to those of you who visit this website.


I believe and pray that the time you spend in going through these web pages be one of spiritual enlightening to you. Of course, the web page will give you informations about the church and the parish in general. It is good to have the needed or looking for informations at the finger tip. These informations, I believe, will help the web site visitors to love the parish and to co-operate positively in the working and developing of the parish, which is a welcome gesture from friends and well wishers.

Above all, what I would like to see is that the web site of the parish may be another opening for its members to reach others with the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Please listen to Apostle Paul’s words in Colossians 4: 3 to 5: “And pray for me too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, … Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should. Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity”. The primary vision for the launching of this web site should be what Paul states in the above given passage . The vision to proclaim the mystery of Christ” and to “proclaim it clearly” and even the “outsiders” should catch the message and be drawn to Christ, Who is the only Savior of the world. This web site launching is thus, “making the most of every opportunity” to proclaim clearly the message of the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ. Thus every site visitor, I pray, may come to know the mystery of God, which is: “Christ in you, the hope of Glory”. Col. 1:27.

Dear friend, do come to know Jesus as your Savior and Lord by faith, commit your life to Him, Who is the giver of eternal life, and He shall bring to your heart the joy of salvation, you shall ever abide in His peace, and you shall be a partaker of the eternal and glorious hope of His soon return.
